An online tool for demystifying the task of estimating the fiscal effects of proposed school choice legislation. Developed with the goal of assisting legislative fiscal analysts on the complex task of building an accurate, data-driven fiscal forecast by applying well-established economic principles, sound forecast model design, and empirical data all supported by credible research. In addition, the tool will also include a mode intended to enable non-financial users to generate rough estimates of school choice fiscal effects without requiring detailed data entry or in-depth knowledge of the underlying economic principles.
